Onboarding in four steps, usually inside two weeks.

  1. Free A/R audit

Send 90 days of data. We report what’s collectable and what’s at risk.

  2. Access & setup

Secure, HIPAA-compliant access to your PM/EHR. No system change needed.

  3. Clean-up sprint

We work the aged backlog first. That’s where the fastest cash sits.

  4. Steady state

Daily claims, weekly denial review, monthly reporting you can act on.

Not enrolled means not paid.

A provider who isn’t credentialed with a payer can still see patients. They just can’t bill for them. Every week of delay is a week of visits you write off. We handle enrollment end to end, then keep it from lapsing.

  • New provider enrollment with commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid
  • CAQH setup, attestation and quarterly maintenance
  • Re-credentialing tracked before it expires, not after
  • Payer follow-up until the effective date is in writing
  • Demographic, address and group changes filed correctly
How we run credentialing

Plan a new provider’s start

13weeks of visits could fall before an effective date

With a start in 1 month, Medicare could be effective in 30 to 90 days and commercial plans in 60 to 120.

Payers to enroll with

Typical ranges with a complete application; commercial plans can need 2 to 6 more weeks to load the contract. Each payer sets its own pace, so we track every application to an effective date in writing.

Why practices trust us

Your revenue.

Transparent reporting you can actually audit, down to the claim.

Our responsibility.

Denials worked within 48 hours, and a dedicated account manager who knows your practice.

Send us your last 90 days of A/R. We’ll come back with what’s collectable, what’s at risk, and what it would take to recover it, at no cost and no obligation.

Questions providers actually ask us.

All questions

One to two weeks in most cases. We collect your practice details, payer information, system access (securely) and workflow preferences, then map how charges will reach us. Nothing gets filed until that handoff is agreed, so there’s no gap where claims sit unworked.

Almost certainly yes. We work with all major EHR, EMR and PM systems: Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, CareCloud, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Tebra (formerly Kareo) and NextGen among them. If yours isn’t on that list, ask; it’s rarely a problem.

Full-service billing is a share of what we collect; credentialing is a flat price per payer application. Our full-service rate is 3% to 6% of your monthly collections, set by your volume: the more you collect, the lower your rate. It covers eligibility and benefits checks (VOBs), prior authorizations, coding and charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, A/R follow-up and patient billing calls. There are no setup or onboarding fees, and new and smaller practices can choose a flexible monthly-minimum plan. Credentialing is $189 per payer application, $150 per payer when you enroll with up to 7 payers, and $120 per payer for up to 20. Your exact price is in writing before we start.

No. If the service stops earning its keep, you should be able to leave. Plenty of practices take the free A/R review and stop there. That’s a fine outcome: you still learn where your revenue is leaking.
